Desktop USB Sound Connection ?

I'm using Cubase Le4, and I'm using the USB cable from the Yamaha MG16fx Mixer connecting to a desktop computer... but is not making no sounds when i play???

when i connect to my laptop i have no problem.......

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?

If it works on the laptop, it must be a problem with the desktop, a driver, or usb port. If you are using a hub, try plugging direct.
