Cakewalk has an excellent and fast technical support. You can contact them directly if you have serial numbers of your Sonar.

As a former user of Sonar and PC, I accepted Artemiy's friendly advice and I bought a Mac. Believe me or not, Macs are really another world, worth every cent.
