Can't load SH-2 into System-1

Hi there.
Just got SH-2 plug-in but I'm not able to load it into my System-1 as a plug-out. After clicking "Plug-out" button on the SH-2 layout the following information turns up:
"Either the PLUG-OUT SYNTHESIZER is not connected or is connected incorrectly. Check the connection".
Just reinstalled the USB driver and updated the System-1 operating system but still no luck. Also System-1 icon is shown in the Devices and Printers folder. I can also play SH-2 using the System-1 keyboard -these mean it's been connected to my PC properly.
My DAW is Ableton Live 9 Lite, working on Win 7 Prof. 64-bit.
