Roland A-49 and MS Surface Pro 4

Hi All,
I have a MS Surface Pro 4 and an A-49, but it looks like the usb port of the Pro 4 does not have enough power to run the A-49. Does anyojne know if I can get my Pro 4 to power up the A-49?
