Zenbeats won't open

Zenbeats beats starts to open and then goes to Black screen. Windows 10 computer. Tried installing on other computer with the same result. Have uninstalled on both and reinstalled and same result. Have to use task manager to shut down zenbeats

• Do both computers have an active connection to the internet? As far as I understand Zenbeats requires to phone home else it hangs on a black screen.
• Do you have any firewall or network traffic blockers (like tinywall) on both machines?
• Are both machines configured the same software-wise, i.e. the same flavour and build of Windows 10?
• Did you check 'Applications' in Event Viewer to see if it's logging anything?
