Missing SRX Patches in XV5080

I have installed the Complete Orchestra SRX board into my XV5080, but only the first 128 patches show up, then it switches to 'no media'. Is my card faulty, or the XV, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any advice.

This is a stretch since this thread is 11 years old, but any chance you ever found a solution to this?

He probably bought SRX-04 Symphonique Strings, it has 128 patches.
