How to Use the BT-1 with the HPD-20?

Hello,

I have an HPD-20. The HPD-20 manual discusses using the HPD-20 with a BT-1 trigger pad.

The BT-1 needs sticks. However, sticks cannot be used with the HPD-20. So, is it realistic to use the BT-1 with the HPD-20?

Considering one device uses sticks and the other does not, can they realistically be used with each other? All of the video demos I've seen of the BT-1 being used show the BT-1 being used with traditional drum kits and sticks.

Can the BT-1 be used with the HPD-20?

If so, how?

Please explain.

Yes you are correct the BT 1 is used with sticks. However, as stated sticks are not to be used on the HPD 20. The BT 1 can be set up as part of a drum kit and struck to trigger additional sounds and loops etc.
