Hi guys was wondering if anyone out there knows how to assing the different pads in reason-redrum EG like pad one to the first sound in redrum and so on. Have tried going through the manual and its all a bit greek to me. Would also like to know how to do this in a Pro tools with a drum module plugin.
Well hope some body out there has cracked this one as its a great peice of kit and really want to get the most out of it.
Kind regards Stephen

I have never heared of the software but it should be just a matter of assigning a note being sent from the spd pad.
if your software allows notes to be assigned to functions then choose a note in your software
then set the pad on the spd to the same note.
so in reality its just the software you need to check since the spd is
just the same as a midi keyboard controler.
this is all assuming each sound your triggering is on the same midi channel in your software.
however if not, then you will also have to change te channel output of each pad to match.
