Does A49 work with USB 3 (MacBook Retina Pro)?

I wanted to know whether the A49 works well with the MacBook Pro Retina 2015, which has USB 3 ports. I've heard that some other keyboards don't play well with the MacBook Pro and USB 3. Before I ordered, wanted to make sure.
