Hi there, I've joined this forum in desperation, I'm hoping someone can help me to get my VR-09 doing what it is advertised as being able to do before I send it back.
I have just bought this keyboard as my first ever Roland product and I must say I feel incredibly duped. Firstly no music rest and no music rest available? Why the two holes then, am I meant to build my own? Why wouldn't they just bundle one in the box? I purchased this thinking I could get to know it, like it and then add a second keyboard and a bass pedal board as it's advertised as being capable of. FALSE ADVERTISING.
I purchased a secondary A-49. In the VR-09 manuals it says you just plug it in via a midi cable and hey presto you have a second deck. Untrue, you need a computer present with software drivers installed just to power the thing. May as well just get a full midi keyboard setup?
Secondly, I wanted to add the PK-9 pedal board, it costs more than the keyboard!!! Just to top things off it and any Roland pedal board are no longer available and nobody has any old stock.
I feel as though I may as well have just bought a cheap Casio, does anyone know of any options for the 3 problems above?
VR-09 Extremely dissapointed
