Roland Octapad SPD-30: Multi-channel MIDI for Phrase?

Hello!

Another issue, difficulty with my Octapad:
While one can set different MIDI channels for each pad in the menu, in the Phrase menu this gets overridden by the Phrase channel setting.
I'm currently trying a setup with a Octapad and a Electribe2, where I would at times like to have the sequencer on the Octapad trigger the Electibe, because it can be unquantized, something the Electribe can't.
The instruments on the Electribe are mapped to different MIDI channels, a thing that can't be changed.
My combination works fine for live playing, but as soon as I get to Phrase Recording on the Octapad, all pads will trigger only one sound on the Electribe.

Is there any possibility of disabling the seperate channel output for the different phrase channels, so every pad note will output on the MIDI channel set up in the MIDI settings?
