Roland VS 640 HELP

Hello, I'm sorry if I missed the topic.
I have a question about the print of photos.
I print photos from a wedding in large format.

Print head is new, test is 100% good, but faces and black hair, eyes and other black fields are not good.
Print on vw 5.2, from ps cs6 "tiff" file, vinyl 2, (europe or max impact),the same thing is happening.

Can anyone help me?
