Roland RD300s only upper & lower LEDs light up

I got an RD300s that is not working.

When in test mode only piano 1 LED lights up.
When in normal mode only upper & lower LEDs light up.

I've tested all ICs on the A board and they are all fine, including processor and the ASIC array (replaced with a 100% tested one from my D10). Clock is there are well as 8MHZ at CPU.

The gate array talks to its memory and exchange data as keys are pressed.

Reset signal is high so nothing is on HALT.

As per manual testing PIN 5 it is quiet and stuck at HIGH. The CPU should be driving this pin and feeding back to thee ASIC but does not.

My suspicion is the ROM is corrupted. I could retrieve it's BIN data, but that does not mean the data is right. Feels the processor wants to work but it is stuck in a loop.

So my question then is have anyone ever come across the BIN files for both ROM A & B? I can't find them anywhere.
