TR8 / BK05 tempo/clock mismatch

I hooked up my TR-8 to my BK-05 and set the BK-05 to receive clock from the TR-8.
That all works fine. Changes to tempo on the TR-8 causes corresponding tempo changes on the BK-05.
The problem is: the tempo received at the BK-05 is always 1 bpm out! i.e. if I set 120 on the Tr-8, BK-05 receives 119 bpm! It causes some unpleasant effects!
Anyone got any ideas?
