VT-4 Voice Transformer SySex Issues

I am new to SySex and are using SySex Librarian https://www.snoize.com/SysExLibrarian/ and Midi Tools https://mountainutilities.eu/miditools on my Mac.

Referencing Page 2 of VT-4_MIDI_Imple_eng02_W.pdf I am currently trying to get something/anything to work as a starting point.

Currently I have: F0 41 00 00 00 00 51 12 10 00 00 02 01 6D F7 which should 'simply' turn off the vocoder.

I have tried this and more with no success at all. I am also using Midi Monitor https://www.snoize.com/MIDIMonitor/to monitor all MIDI traffic and I can see what I am sending.

I have also attached a test SySex file.

Any suggestions would be VERY welcome! How hard can it be????

You have set it to ON, not OFF. Data value 1 is for on, 0 is for off.
Your SysEx should be like this:
F0 41 10 00 00 00 51 12 10 00 00 02 00 6E F7
