Aerophone mini AE-01

Good Morning, I have any question:
Does the Aerophone mini AE-01 works as a midi controller to run virtual instruments that I have on my Windows 10 PC?. (Kontakt, SampleTank, Reaper)
Is the Midi connection to the PC only via Bluetooth or also by USB port?.
What would I have to do to make my Windows 10 desktop PC that doesn't have Bluetooh built-in connect via Bluetooth to the Aerophone mini AE-01?.
