RP 701 sound issue

Hi!

I have a problem with my new RP 701 piano. Sometimes sound seems to disappear suddenly and sharply during my playing as if I lifted all the keys up and unpressed sustain pedal. Furthermore if sustain pedal was pressed at that moment, it does not work until I unpress it and press again. It does happen regularly but not very often.

It could be related to the fact that I usually have MacBook connected via USB and FL Studio open. But one time when this happened, MacBook was closed, in a sleeping state. I will further test this with USB disconnected and update this thread.

The issue affects recording and online streaming, so I would really like some help on this one. Thank you!
