TR-8S global output assign / importing kit problem

Hello! Just got the TR-8S and after reading through the whole manual, it seems theres no option to do a global assign out that applied to every kit? or is there a way? Would like to do this because I know Im going to route the kick,snare,toms,hats etc the same for each kit

Also, importing individual wav samples and assigning them to instruments is working fine, but importing a whole kit from a folder keeps giving an error message. Any ideas? Thanks!
