Can I block audio input on FP-30X USB cable?

I just bought a new FP-30X -- love it.

One issue for me is when I try to play a midi file from my Samsung (Android 12) phone to the piano via USB cable, the midi notes are sent to the piano along with the audio wave generated by the phone. So the piano is producing slightly distorted sound -- mixing midi notes with audio wave. It sounds a little choppy.

When I copy the same midi file onto a USB drive and plugged it into the USB port, the song can be played beautifully by the piano. I would like to be able to play the same midi file from the phone connected via the cable.

I am using Midi Clef App and a few other midi players. They all send audio wave along with the midi notes. I cannot set the apps to send only midi notes.
I tried using Bluetooth MIDI but these apps do not "see" the Bluetooth Midi ports.

Roland Piano App on my phone works fine, but I cannot find a menu in the Roland app Piano to play my midi file. It can only play recorded songs and songs from Roland library.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
