SRV2000 and SDE2500 issues

I have an SRV2000 that has a weird noise in the background, it's like a flanger ramping up and down continually. Cant get rid of that.
SDE2500 that has developed a slight distortion in the audio output.

Looking for a reputable repairman that works on digital effects.
If in WIS, all the better.
