Micro BR - Input level & sensitivity

Post by cespino »

Hi everybody! I have a Micro BR, wonderful unit!

What's the difference between input level & sensitivity when using no insert effects (i.e. when recording via line-in)? That's my case, as I usually record the guitar using a zoom G2, so I don't use insert effects.

By the way, the manual sais that input level changes the recording level, but I tried setting it to the lowest level and sound was recorded anyway.

And why is recorded sound louder than monitoring sound?

The manual doesn't give too many details on these issues...

Hello! The firts one sorry by my english i got a micro br and i would like to know if you turn of the insert effects before to star the recording may be i'm cofuse but if you are recording via line in you should turn of the insert effects may be if for that you hear the sound louder than the monitoring sound and then try set the track volume until you get the level that you want.
good luck and sorry for my english again.

hello! i'm here again .
If you want to record using not the insert effects you can do it recording via guitar in but you have to turn off the insert effects .Remember that the line in is for using cd players, etc.
the recomended way to recor a guitar is via guitar in.
