BR 900 USB problems

I have a Boss BR-900CD and i'm having problems connecting the recording studio til the computer and use the rythm editor.
I only get the Message "Can not connect to BR 900"
I have folloed the instructions in the maual but that does not help.

Can anyone help?

hey what kind of computer do you have? I have 64 bit vista and am having the same problem. Ive read that it is and isnt compatible so Im frustrated.
