BOSS BR900CD V2.1 Drums problem

Hi

I've just recently bought one of these recorders and as it was an old version I have updated the firmware which was successful but I'm having problems with the drum arranging...I've been through the manual and some tutorials on the net and consider myself fairly savvy with recording stuff.

Anyhow what's happening is when i arrange my own pattern for ex. Metro, Intro, Verse1, fill 1, verse 2, fill 2 etc everything plays back fine after exiting the arranger screen but the fills do NOT play at all.

I'm absolutely positive i'm doing it correctly and I've been back and checked the fills are there (they are) but they do not get included when you listen to the pattern played back?

I've tried this on hard rock and pop and r&b;drum kits and none of them seem to play back the fills.

I'm not sure if this problem occured before the update because i never tried arranging my own pattern before i did the firmware update.

Any advice on this one would be greatly appreciated
