USB audio ! need help !!

i'm using usb audio card with my laptop and sometimes laptop shows up a message on a blue screen..... if it is important i can rewrite for you what is written there ... this happends only when i use usb audio card ONLY ! the card is roland ua-25 and i'm using Win XP and it doesn't matter if i use midi or audio functions of the card .......
this bothers me a lot (( any suggestions ? PLEASE !!!

I had the same problem using a Terratec USB audio interface.
I solved it upgrading my Windows XP to service pack 2.

i have sp2 installed.... maybe sp3..... any other suggestions ????

..mmh...I'm pretty sure this is a USB driver problem..the same I solved with the Service Pack 2.
Try to search for an USB driver update for you laptop.
If you tell me the model of your laptop maybe I can help you.

thanks for reply ! i have a HP nx 9000 .... usb driver ? i have latest driver for ua 25 .... but i think you mean something else ...

anyway...try to see the blue code error....film it with your camera and review if it is too fast.

sorry for no reply for a long time .... i'm not in studio for this month. when i'll be there i'll try to film the blue screen.. as far as i remember there was written something about memory address.

i tryed the linx above and didn't found anything useful for me.... sorry maybe it's too difficult for me )))
