Roland G 70 MIDI Recoring question

My goal is to record a MIDI file using 16-bit Track Sequencer, using the settings I made with User Program Setting. For example, I used the main Piano as UPPER 1, assigned some effects such as Reverb Type, Chorus, Sound Sets, such as Attack rate, Decay time, etc... I saved this Program Setting and then start RECORDING, save, and then I used 16-bit Track Sequencer to add a new Track...

But the problems seems to be, that my User Program settings (which I linked to this Song) affect only Tracks 4 (UPPER 1), 6 (UPPER 2), 13 (Upper 3), 11 (Lower 1), 14 (Lower 2) and 15 (Mel. Int).

The other Tracks do NOT seem to use any effects at all! I know I can use Micro Editing for gaining reverb/chorus levels, but thats not the same.

How could I assign my settings to the other tracks as well?
