sonar le export help!!!

hey i'v finished recording what i wanted to record with a juno g in to sonar le (the version u got with the g) n i cant seem to be able to export it as a wav file or actually atall as any type of playerable format any ideas how to do this??? (please be a simple as you can in your answers i'm a noob lol)
