Hello all,
If this has been answered before, kindly direct me to proper thread.
I find that the PCR Editor software is not very easy to use when you want to setup all 50 controls on the PCR-XXX. It involves way too many mouse clicks
I'd really like to create a small application that would parse a human readable text file (could be xml), and translate it into the proper sysex messages that could then be bulk sent to the PCR-XXX to assign the control map.
With Midi-OX, I have looked at those bulk messages, and they are 141 bytes long for each control, so that's 141 bytes X 50.
Finally for my question: Is there any document that explains the format of those bulk messages ? I've tried to do some reverse engineering, but I must admit that I'm failing miserably.
Thanks for any pointers.
Regards.
Luc
