If yes, can you use it independantly of a computer just with midi (on stage for example)I dont see any
power sources for an ac/dc adapter?

Hi Steve77,
I believe this question was already answered on another thread, but can't remember which one.

No the A-49 does not have a separate power source, so the only way is to power it from USB, but you don't really need the computer, as you can use a powered hub for that.

If I was you ( and if you didn't buy the A49 yet), I would go for a A-Pro 500 instead (49 keys) or even a A-Pro 800 (61 keys), which are much better, have more dedicated hardware controls, Aftertouch, MIDI Merge, and can be used as a Master keyboard with two independent zones (Lower, Upper and Split/Layer), and can be powered by an external power source.

Cheers,
Paulo
