SH-201 w/asio4all - I need help!

Has anyone successfully used their sh-201's usb audio output?
Asio4all doesn't seem to be able to deal with it, it's status is always 'beyond logic'.

The roland asio driver works by itself, but since i have other asio devices, i would like them to all work at the same time, so have to use something like asio4all.

I have posted on the asio4all but it's not very active, so i'm posting here too.

Is there even a single shred of hope for asio4all to work with the sh-201? is there another solution? another driver? (usb-asio doesn't work.. the installation fails)

I didn't bother with Asio4all (did in the past for other gear and found it buggy).
This sorted all the problems with my SH201 on Windows10 64bit:
