Use the vst software, you can't program arp patterns directly with the synth. I'll let you figure it out.

ok you can only make your own arpeggio patterns in the software editor. if you can't get on that, you need to start working on that.
once you have the software editor working, click the yellow "detail" button on the arpeggio box.
you will see a piano scroll, where you can make little notey things. the actual notes don't matter.
if you double click a box it will make a note and that is the rhythm pattern of the arpeggio pattern
a pattern of 16 beats with one box per .. box will make a pattern that repeats one note you are playing. to make the pattern play multiple notes, add more note-boxes to the columns. a good way to see how this is done is look at the factory patterns through the software editor.
