I just bought a used sh201 and I am having some trouble getting started with it. I can't access the "preset" group button. I really can't access anything but "User B". Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

The SH-201 at our local music shop did much the same thing. You could select the preset group but not the user. In the end, it had had so much demo abuse that it had to go back to Roland to get fixed. There are a couple of threads under the 201 banner with this problem.

I had mine for about 2 years though and never had any problems with it. I sold it to get a Korg Wavestation EX (Genesis stuff) but woul definitely consider getting another one.
