Problem with the SH 201 Audio Unit - Editor

Post by 80yeasrdune »

Hey Folks!
Sry, for my bad english first of all.

We play in our band with an SH-201.
But i cannot carrie the synths all through Berlin when we got rehearsal. That's why I let him in the rehearsal room.
So I am looking for the plugin for Logic. And see whot we got: the Roland SH-201 Synthesizer Now Supports Apple's Audio Units formats. Now therefore, for Intel-based Macs "
INTEL BASED, sweet. For it was well known, always the big problem.
ok, I have my new driver and the editor is loaded and installed.
Then the first problem: I start it in Logic, and hear NOTHING.
So I searched on the internet and what i found was: You must set up to Setup Auio device as input and output. Aha! I did so, nothing happened. Incidentally I have also checked whether the software instrument "Sh-201" is listed in the Audio Units Manager. Yes, it is successful even with "Valied."

Can anyone help me? Is there a Sh-201 owner, and of the editor on a MacBook Intel Core Dua, and all works?

If so, please help!

Thanks

(ps. I've made the attempt connected with the Roland. It goes with other software tools properly. Only the Editor not. Is it possible at all with another MIDI keyboard, or simply via the piano roll to control the SH editor?)
