arpeggio help

so i just got my sh-201, and id love to use the arpeggiator, but when i press it i lose all sound and i cant get the arpeggio to work at all, i dont have any idea whats happening and any possible help will be much appreciated, thanks

I had the same problem when I bought mine. Just try a factory reset on it. That is how I fixed mine.
