hi friends,

is there a way to program a kind of key follow to the LFO speed to change the speed with higher or lower notes?

No. But its possible to get the effect with putting the ring mod in to action by making the mod oscillator run slow. The note will will change the mod oscillator frequency. I have had quite a few really interesting pads from this. Its possible to set the mod oscillator really slow by setting the pitch adjustment to wide.
Some strange effects seem to come out with this.

i found that the LFOs on the SH201 a bit slow so to get trance type high frequency mod the ring mod route is quite effective.
Some strange effects can come from using the mod oscillator set to the feedback wave. but i think the best wave for ring mod is with pulse width adjustable waves.

There is quite a lot of hidden sonic power in the Sh-201 synth engine that the un-wise would never find. i do laugh at the sh-201 knockers.

I use the SH 201 quite often, next to the Virus TI 2 and JDxi.
A really great sounding synth IF you know where to tweak.
It also is capable of cheap sound if treated wrong.
