Sync the Delay Time to Clock?

Is there any way to sync the time of the delay effect to the clock? I thought maybe the presets would do it (holding down FX and hitting one of the Number buttons) but I don't think it does unless I'm doing something wrong.

Does anyone know if you can, or how?
