Made it a sticky.
Re: Sonic Cell Workshop PDF Training by Roland
funny how cubase is not included. Must have something to do with a certain "yamaha" brand...
Re: Sonic Cell Workshop PDF Training by Roland
Well, you don't see Microsoft posting how to make an Ipod work with Media Player. Or Apple allowing a Zune to work in iTunes.
Re: Sonic Cell Workshop PDF Training by Roland
And what about Yamaha ?
do they recommend anything else than cubase ?

Well, considering the market share that Cubase has and that Roland promotes the fact that it is VST compatible then you might think it makes sense.
Kind of like ignoring microsoft and just making your application available on linux, or apple. There's only one road from there, and it's downwards...

I was being sarcastic in my previous post, I meant to say that Yamaha does even worse, not mentioning any other DAWs except cubase...
Just for the sake of my knowledge, do you know what is the actual cubase market share ?
EDITED: Sorry to post in here, I didn't notice that was a sticky...
