You could tell us more about your problem. I assume this happens only in performance mode. Because when in patch mode the other channels are not supposed to work unless you set the input channel to the one you wish to send through.

And so, do you have the other parts receiving? And have you checked they have volume on and the output set correctly?

You likely are in patch mode where you only have 1 channel. Switch to performance mode to have all 16 channels.
