Patches confusion in Sonar

After installing SonicCell, my Sonar picked up the patches, but the second time I used it, suddenly the patch (although showing cdorrect in Sonar) does not play, but a totally different patch from a totally different Preset plays.
How is this possible?

Even if I reactivate the patch the "old" patch does not play at all; only the different sound.

Example:
Bank 11203-SonicCell PREST D1-128
Patch 32:Alto Sax

This worked fine the first time around.
Now suddenly the sound of the patch is like a distorted guitar, even though the Sax patch name and details still apear in sonar.
