Fantom VS and Sonic Cell

Hi!

I have a Fantom VS (the included synth in the Cakewalk V-Studio) and I was asking myself what is the difference between the Sonic cell and the Fantom VS engine?

I know one use ARX and the other 2 SRX.

I don't know about the VS, but Probably not much difference between both engines, although SonicCell is a complete stand alone device with a song player and USB audio and midi and SRX expansion ( 2 slots).

Are you sure the VS has ARX expansion?

EDITED: just confirmed that the VS has in fact an ARX slot, so it's like a SonicCell with an ARX :-)

Ok so this Sonic cell is a really cool machine in fact! The Fantom Vs is pretty impressive so far so I can recomend Sonic Cell to those who like the sounds in the Fantom VS. The stand alone aspect is a very nice plus.
