SonicCell & Logic Pro X

Hi all,
Has anyone set up the sonic cell as a VST in Logic Pro X. I have it set up as an external midi instrument and can send midi data, returning all cannels back to 1 stereo channel for audio output, but I'm sure that there must be a more efficient way of setting it up........Any ideas?
