Problem with A below Middle C key

My partner and I are playing together in a dueling piano bar. We both bought the rd 700gx. We both (around the same time) have experienced the same problem.
The A and Bb key below middle C has broken on the inside. The plastic key stopper breaks off where then manufacturer splits the 2 plastic pieces. Has anyone had this problem and what solution do you offer. We've had the keyboards less than 6 months and this problem first appeared about 2 months ago.
Is this a Roland defect?
