RD-700sx - selecting favourite setup via MIDI

Any clue? I'm trying to set up a sequence in Logic which eventually selects a given favourite setup at the right moment... I guess this should be done by sending the correct MIDI message to the RD-700sx, but I can't figure out how and which (SysEx? PC? CC? RPN? ...what else?!).

Please, help!

I ran Intro this problem with an other Roland Synth. You should record the program changes for the desired Programm with a sysex recording software. Single sysex sequences then can be sent back via your favourite DAW.

This method works more reliable, than Standard program changes via MIDI LSB and MSB

Wow. During the years I even forgot asking for that question. However SysEx is pure overkill: SETUPs are accessible via MSB 85 and LSB 0-100.
