Hi all,
I've been considering the FP-7F or RD-700NX for home use, which would include use by my 8-year-old daughter (lessons).
I really liked the feel, but then found out the keyboard might be sensitive to wear issues -- and that some folks are mindful to wash hands before use.
Is the PHA III Ivory Feel going to be ruined by a typical filthy kid?
For example, I can simply wipe ketchup off regular plastic keys -- is the same true for the Ivory Feel surface?
Thanks in advance...
Is PHA III Ivory Feel "kid friendly"?
Re: Is PHA III Ivory Feel "kid friendly"?
Well, I have PHA II Ivory... but i really didn't test it :D
I think it could be a lot harder to "wash" these keys and i think you will damage it.

it is nearly impossible to clean the ivory feel keys once it's filthy as it absorbs moisture. the stain will be embedded. just tell you kids to wash their hands before playing. my kids play and they wash their hands. my keys are clean.

PHIII keyboard is very kids unfriendly. After playing kids have nightmare and they hear voices...
