Looking for the Supernatural Upgrade Kit for 700GX

This upgrade kit has been discontinued by Roland. At one time there were a couple for sale on eBay. But lately I haven't seen anything there. Just wondering if anyone had any idea where I might find one. My Google searches have not turned up anyone still carrying this product, and searches in eBay and Craigslist have not turned up anything. Thanks!

it's probably been pointed out that this kit is available on the rolandus site for 99$ but won't ship abroad.
Here in Europe, it appears in stores at a price tag close to 400Euros, that's 5 times the money.

I wonder what the thinking is (if there is any), whether anyone has found another source for the US priced kit available to Europeans? I am aware there often is a price differential between the two markets, but this does seem a little outrageous.
