Hi, All -
I've just purchased an RD-800 and it's unbelievably lovely. I went to update the firmware, followed the directions, but when it starts into update mode it shows a black and white screen that displays "start update" and then "no update file."
I'm using an 8 gig USB thumb drive, originally formatted on a mac, otherwise empty, and I then reformatted it using the RD-800. The only thing on it at the top level is the R055_UPA.bin file.
Thoughts or ideas?

Never mind...tried a different thumb drive, that is being recognized. Cheers.
