How to cut the vibrato off of a tone?

Hello, I'd like to know the procedure to make the Oboe tone (#710) sound without vibrato, in RD-800. Turning the vibrato parameter inside the tone designer to a negative value didn't help.
To the Roland staff: When designing the tones' library, please include at least two tones per musical instrument: one with vibrato and another without.
