RD700GX Bottom Octave Suddenly No Sound

Hey Clan,

Has anyone experienced this or have any guidance on what to do? This past week after tuning on my RD-700GX I started playing and noticed that the bottom octave (so every note from the lowest A to the G#) doesn't produce any sound... doesn't matter if I turn it off and on again, if I hit the PIANO button to ensure nothing crazy is running. Transposing doesn't change anything... the keys are just dead!!!
