RD300SX howto connect via USB to mac

I have have (yeah, I know) old RD-300SX wich I want to connect to my macbook running MacOS Big Sur (11.6.7)

The last drivers on the Roland support site are for MacOS 10.8 :

Any tips howto get the USB connection on my Macbook with Big Sur?

I got it up and running using this instruction:

If you set the USB mode to GEN, you don't need any driver...it works out of the box!
