Sounds like NEXUS on FG?

I want to create live sets that sound similar to reFx Nexus SQ(Sequence) sounds. Lead Synth on the right, accompainment with beat and one or two complex bass synth on the left. How would I create a LIVE Set, that contains a chromatic bass pattern AND a Rhythm pattern simultaniously? Could the rhythm pattern relate to one part, while one or two different arpeggios affect the ohter parts? Does the rhythm pattern span over one or two octaves?
The more I work with the FG the more ideas I want to realize and I am still in the beginning...
