sambasevam,

"hahah...told you folks...there's nothing in NAMM. What do you expect??"

Darn, we should've listened to you. Of course, since you knew from the beginning. The rest of us have ourselves to blame. Thank God you're here with us, sambasevam!

I think the G is the best Workstation out there still.

I like Roland's new products. except for the Piano Bench!

I am confused about the G's further developement.

i'm sure alot of people are.... i for one didn't realize that it had been out as long as it has, and it's kinda crazy that it would still need as much as it does (lack) this far out.

Boy the Virus TI (5 year old synth) sure got a nice free OS upgrade at NAMM this year.

I guess Virus users must REEEEEALLY have been begging for an OS update!

I find the Connect website rather tedious. If I try to access it at my office it won't work at all because it requires flash players and such like that most companies have no interest in installing on their computer systems. And when I visit the site at home I have to suffer graphics that weren't worth the bother in the first place.

You should constantly switch between the "Roland Connects to everone but G users" site and the "Roland Fantom G Nothing Experience" site.

The effect is really psychedelic, and one hour will pass like a year. They have found the perfect slow motion formula!!!
